Keine 80 Kilometer von Cancun entfernt dann plötzlich ein seltsames Geräusch. ich halte an und sehe, dass ich einen Reifenschaden habe.

Und schon stoppt mich die Polizei, weil ich auf der falschen Fahrbahn unterwegs bin. Ich erkläre ihm alles und dass ich nicht auf die andere Seite rüberkomme und darf weiterfahren.

Inzwischen sind über 4 Stunden vergangen. Jetzt warte ich nicht mehr. Ich pumpe meinen Reifen auf. Er hält für einige Kilometer. ich verabschiede mich von der Toilettenfrau und ihrem Sohn Cesar und fahre ins nahe Playa del Carmen.

Der einzige der nach arbeitet ist ein riesiger Skorpion, der sich aber ein bisserl schwer tun wird mit meinem Reifenwechsel.
